Our Story

Mandrekas has been crafting Greek dairy since 1948. What started as a small family dairy in Corinth has grown into a modern company blending tradition with continuous innovation. Using 100% Greek cow’s milk from carefully selected producers, we create products built on quality, freshness, and innovation.

 

We started by producing traditional Greek dairy staples such as Greek yogurt, fresh milk, and milk-based desserts. In recent years, we have expanded our portfolio with the Youphoria range, introducing a new generation of functional dairy products with high protein and, more recently, collagen.

 

Today, Mandrekas exports its products to more than 20 countries while continuing to invest in innovation and new product development, sharing authentic Greek dairy with partners and consumers around the world.
